1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FenceBuilder Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

FenceBuilder Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to use the service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will become read-only at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

FenceBuilder Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
